Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Refunds: If you wish to request a refund, please return your order immediately with the courier upon delivery. Refunds are only accepted at the time of delivery. Shipping fees for refunded orders must be paid by the customer.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 1 week (7 days) of receiving your order. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within this period.

• Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition.

  • All original garment tags must be attached.

  • Items that are used, worn, or missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with receiving, exchanging, or refunding items.
